What does the free lookup check?
It calls isBlackListed on Tether’s official USDT TRC20 contract for the address you paste, and shows public TRON mainnet context alongside it: TRX balance, USDT TRC20 balance and how long the account has existed.
Where does the list come from?
The free check is Tether’s contract freeze list for USDT TRC20 on TRON (isBlackListed on TR7NHq…). It is not OFAC and not any exchange’s internal flags.
What does a listed result mean?
That Tether has frozen the address for USDT transfers on TRON. Stop sending funds here and verify the counterparty independently. It is issuer enforcement for USDT, not a court finding about a person.
What does a clear result mean?
That the address is not on Tether’s USDT blacklist right now. Phishing wallets are often unlisted. Clear rules out an issuer freeze; it does not rule out risk.
Do I need to connect a wallet?
Not for the free check. You paste a public address and we read public mainnet data. The optional deep scan is the only feature requiring a wallet confirmation, and it never asks for a seed phrase or a token approval.
Is my address stored or shared?
The free lookup is a read of public chain data plus a comparison against the list. Addresses you check are already public on the blockchain, and nothing about your identity is requested, collected or required to use the tool.
What does the deep scan add?
Multi-hop exposure across inbound and outbound paths, clustering of addresses that behave as one entity, known infrastructure labels such as exchange deposit corridors and mixer adjacency, ranked risk paths, and an exportable pack. It is analysis to inform a decision, not enforcement.
How much does the deep scan cost?
Only the TRON network fee for a single confirmation. There is no subscription, no stored payment method and no recurring charge. If any page claiming to be this tool asks for a recovery phrase or an unlimited approval, it is not this tool.
Can you recover funds I already sent?
No. A confirmed TRC20 transfer settles in seconds and cannot be reversed by anyone. The only realistic freeze points are an exchange that receives the funds and, very rarely, the token issuer acting on legal process. Anyone promising reversal is running a second scam.
How do I report a scam address?
Gather the transaction hash, the receiving address, timestamps and the conversation, then file with your national cybercrime body, with the exchange if the funds landed there, and with the community scam databases you use. Reports are what turn a fresh address into a listed one.
My own address was flagged. What now?
Identify which list published it and when, then prepare a correction request with transaction hashes and a plain account of how the funds arrived. Community entries can often be reviewed; exchange internal flags are private, and sanctions matters need legal advice rather than a support ticket.
Which languages are available?
